Mandatory qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce platform administration.

• Knowledge of the basics of Salesforce configuration, including customization of objects, fields, validation rules, workflows and work processes (Process Builder).

• Ability to create custom reports and dashboards to monitor performance.

• Exceptional understanding of Salesforce security settings and permissions.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience Cloud interface and functionality.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• English language – advanced level (oral and written).

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package.

Additional qualifications:

• Salesforce certification (eg, Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) is a plus.

• Experience in integrating the Salesforce platform with other systems.

• Understanding the basics of programming and using Apex, Visualforce or Lightning components.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administration of the Salesforce system, including configuration and customization of the platform according to business needs.

• Creation and maintenance of customized reports, dashboards, workflows and processes.

• Monitoring and management of user accounts, security settings and permissions.

• Collaborate with users to identify and resolve issues, provide support and training.

• Integration of the Salesforce platform with other systems, if necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Salesforce functionality and practices.

• Analyzing business requirements and functionality to understand project goals and deliver the optimal solution.
