Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a talented and motivated Python Developer with experience in Django and Django REST Framework, and familiarity with GIS systems.

About the project 

You will be working on the development of modern backend systems that integrate and process large volumes of geospatial and analytical data. 
The project involves building API services, managing complex datasets, and integrating GIS functionality to support advanced analysis and decision-making tools. 
You’ll collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and designers to build reliable, secure, and maintainable systems used in real-world environments. 

Technologies & Tools We Use 

• Python (Django, Django REST Framework) 

• PostgreSQL with PostGIS 

• GeoServer and GIS data processing tools 

• Docker 

• CI/CD and development automation tools 

• Git-based workflows 

What we expect from you 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education 

• Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior position, 3 years for Medior 

• Experience in developing web applications and working with RESTful APIs 

• Experience with web-oriented architecture and API frameworks (REST/SOAP/Ajax/JSON) 

• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) 

• Experience with Docker and Git 

• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS 

• Solid understanding of programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures 

• Proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills 

• English language proficiency (minimum level B) 

• Category B driving license 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong knowledge of Django and Django REST Framework 

• Familiarity with GIS concepts and tools (PostGIS, GeoServer, QGIS) 

• Experience with CI/CD tools and continuous integration processes 

• Understanding of DevOps principles and containerized environments 

• Awareness of web application and API security best practices
